Mob Drops

This data pack modifies some mob drop loot tables

Changes

• Ender Dragon now drops Dragon head 100% of the time, and an Elytra 60% of the time
• Turtles now have a 5% chance (+5% per level of Looting) to drop a Shute when killed by a player
